Its smaller crossguard allows for greater maneuverability, setting it apart from traditional European swords. The polyurethane hilt is intricately sculpted to resemble wood reinforced with rivets and gold bands, while the guard and pommel are steel-colored with gold detailing, ensuring a firm and comfortable grip.
The blade is crafted from closed-cell polyurethane foam, realistically colored for authenticity. Unlike most LARP weapons, the Vanguard line requires virtually no maintenance, aside from occasional checks for wear and tear.
